一、招標(biāo)條件 本 印尼安汶EPC工程項(xiàng)目機(jī)械租賃服務(wù) （招標(biāo) 二、項(xiàng)目概況和招標(biāo)范圍 項(xiàng)目規(guī)模：本期工程建設(shè)2×20MW循環(huán)流化床燃煤機(jī)組 招標(biāo)內(nèi)容與范圍：本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目劃分為 1 個標(biāo)段，本次招標(biāo)為其中的： 印尼安汶EPC工程項(xiàng)目機(jī)械租賃服務(wù)： 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需求進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場機(jī)械作業(yè)服務(wù)，機(jī)械類型包括履帶吊250t、履帶吊50t、輪胎吊35t、輪胎吊20t、平板車25t、叉車3t、裝載機(jī)5t、自卸吊8t、輪胎吊50t、輪胎吊25t，機(jī)械數(shù)量以滿足甲方施工活動需求為前提，依據(jù)施工活動安排進(jìn)行調(diào)整，具體數(shù)量以甲方通知為準(zhǔn)。 三、投標(biāo)人資格要求 中資企業(yè)Chinese Company： 1、參加投標(biāo)的單位在近3年內(nèi)不存在騙取中標(biāo)、嚴(yán)重違約、重大工程質(zhì)量問題及因自身的原因而使任何合同被解除的情形； 1.There are no cases of winning the bid by fraud, serious breach of contract, major project quality problems and termination of any contract due to its own reasons in the past three years for Bidders. 2、投標(biāo)方具備有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，具有建設(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的在有效期內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)許可證； 2.The Bidder has a valid business license and has a safety production license issued by the construction administrative department within the validity period. 3、投標(biāo)方近三年無重大安全傷亡事故，無重大火災(zāi)事故，無重大質(zhì)量事故等； 3.The Bidder has no major safety casualties in the past three years, no major fire accidents, no major quality accidents, etc. 4、投標(biāo)方具有良好的銀行資信和商業(yè)信譽(yù)，沒有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)，財產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)，破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。 4.The Bidders have good bank credit and business reputation. They are not ordered to close down, property is taken over, frozen, and bankrupt. 5、需在印尼已注冊成立機(jī)構(gòu)并滿足當(dāng)?shù)胤梢?；在印尼注冊的機(jī)構(gòu)已取得包含機(jī)械租賃服務(wù)營業(yè)范圍的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，并且可以開具機(jī)械租賃服務(wù)發(fā)票。 5.It is necessary to have an institution registered in Indonesia and meet local legal requirements; the institution registered in Indonesia has obtained a business license that includes the business scope of machinery rental services and can issue invoices for machinery rental services. 印尼當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)Local Company in Indonesia： 1、投標(biāo)方具備有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，具有當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄔO(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的在有效期內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。 1.The Bidder has a valid business license and has a local safety production license issued by the construction administrative department within the validity period. 2、投標(biāo)方近三年無重大安全傷亡事故，無重大火災(zāi)事故，無重大質(zhì)量事故等。 2.The Bidder has no major safety casualties in the past three years, no major fire accidents, no major quality accidents, etc. 3、投標(biāo)方具有良好的銀行資信和商業(yè)信譽(yù)，沒有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)，財產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)，破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。 3.The Bidders have good bank credit and business reputation.
