項(xiàng)目實(shí)施 產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、標(biāo)定、質(zhì)量控制過程必須符合ISO9001管理程序。在中國(guó)大陸設(shè)有 或者代表處，在中國(guó)大陸地區(qū)具有相應(yīng)足夠的售后維護(hù)能力，應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的證明材料；7、系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商必須在中國(guó)有良好的售后服務(wù)支持，在國(guó)內(nèi)具有符合ISO17025資質(zhì)的維修中心和相應(yīng)足夠的售后維護(hù)能力，并應(yīng)出具相應(yīng)證明材料；8、系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商在國(guó)內(nèi)有豐富的樣機(jī)儲(chǔ)備，以滿足隨時(shí)可能出現(xiàn)的樣機(jī)借用事宜；包括頻譜分析儀，開關(guān)單元，功率放大器等；9、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)；10、業(yè)績(jī)：系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商應(yīng)在中國(guó)至少提供10套第三方檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)的成功案例系統(tǒng)（其中超過50%為國(guó)家級(jí)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)），并在需要時(shí)為系統(tǒng)提供相關(guān)的認(rèn)證材料：驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告或其他支持文件。

The production, calibration and quality control process of products must conform to ISO9001 management procedure. There is a branch or representative office in mainland China, which has corresponding and sufficient after-sales maintenance capacity in mainland China, and corresponding supporting materials shall be provided; 7,The system supplier must have good after-sales service support in China, have maintenance center with ISO17025 qualification and corresponding sufficient after-sales maintenance capacity in China, and shall provide corresponding certification materials; 8,The system supplier has abundant prototype reserves in China to meet the borrowing of prototype at any time, including spectrum analyzer, switching unit, power amplifier, etc; 9, the project does not accept the consortium bid； 10,Performance:The system supplier shall provide at least 10 sets of successful case systems of third-party testing institutions in China (more than 50% of which are national level testing institutions), and provide relevant certification materials for the system when necessary: acceptance reports or other supporting documents.
