The bidder must be a manufacturer or agent of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system with independent legal personality . Requirements for independent legal person qualification: the bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or three in one business license, etc. The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person certificate. To prove that the bidder has independent legal personality.
B.代理商要求：如果投標(biāo)人所投的分布式光纖測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)不是投標(biāo)人自己制造的，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)得到該貨物制造商的同意以及證明其在本次投標(biāo)中唯一提供該貨物的正式授權(quán)書(shū)。

⑵制造商應(yīng)具有第三方檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)出具的激光器安全等級(jí)認(rèn)證證書(shū)，激光安全級(jí)別不低于1M等級(jí)，投標(biāo)時(shí)提供有效證書(shū)復(fù)印件。
Distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system qualification:
(1) the manufacturer shall have the production capacity of optical fiber temperature measurement system meeting CCCF certification, and provide CCCF certification certificate.
