normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目赫章縣城關(guān)至野馬川城市干道工程檢測(cè)招標(biāo)已由赫章縣發(fā)展和改革局以赫發(fā)改〔2016〕710號(hào)文件批準(zhǔn)，招標(biāo)人（項(xiàng)目業(yè)主）為赫章縣融達(dá)安方道路工程 ，建設(shè)資金來自銀行貸款及自籌。項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的檢測(cè)進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.1 建設(shè) S212連接線路基寬12米，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)速30km/h。建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括道路、橋涵、隧道、排水、綠化、照明、交通工程等；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.3 招標(biāo)范圍：本項(xiàng)目橋梁工程、隧道工程、防護(hù)工程及相關(guān)附屬工程等的試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作。

normal style='line-height:150%'>2.4 試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)服務(wù)期：本項(xiàng)目合同簽訂之日起至全部試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作完成為止。

normal style='line-height:150%'>3.投標(biāo)人資格要求

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投標(biāo)人須具備有效的質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的CMA資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書，且認(rèn)證證書中認(rèn)證范圍含有相應(yīng)的橋梁工程、隧道工程檢測(cè)與監(jiān)測(cè)；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.投標(biāo)人需具備建設(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的《建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)證書》資質(zhì)或具備交通質(zhì)量監(jiān)督部門頒發(fā)的公路工程試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)綜合乙級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)。
