normal style='text-indent:30.0pt;line-height:23.0pt'>本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目織金縣2021年度土地綜合整治項(xiàng)目監(jiān)理（項(xiàng)目名稱）已由織金縣發(fā)展和改革局（項(xiàng)目審批、核準(zhǔn)或備案機(jī)關(guān)名稱）以織發(fā)改產(chǎn)業(yè)【2021】26號(hào)（批文名稱及編號(hào)）批準(zhǔn)建設(shè)，招標(biāo)人（項(xiàng)目業(yè)主）為織金縣農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展投資（集團(tuán)） ，建設(shè)資金來自企業(yè)自籌（資金來源）。項(xiàng)目已具備招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)對該項(xiàng)目的監(jiān)理進(jìn)行公開招標(biāo)。

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'> 2.2  建設(shè)規(guī)模：本項(xiàng)目總實(shí)施面積674.4131公頃，實(shí)施內(nèi)容為土地平整工程、灌溉與排水工程、田間道路工程、農(nóng)田防護(hù)與生態(tài)環(huán)境保持工程及其他工程。項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后，將新增旱地面積66.74公頃，新增旱改水面積340.0998公頃。2.3  建筑安裝工程費(fèi)：23516.51萬元

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'>①土地平整工程：旱改水地塊平整340.0998公頃；裸巖剔除21.5241公頃；耕作層剝離再利用66.74公頃。

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'>②灌溉與排水工程：新建蓄水池：100m³蓄水池118座，30m³蓄水池40座；新建輸水管道103413米，其中Φ100管道46123米，Φ150管道46142米，Φ200管道11148米，其中Φ100管道46123米，Φ150管道46142米，Φ200管道11148米；新建灌溉渠：新建0.3×0.3灌渠10847米，新建0.5×0.5灌渠8282米。

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'>③田間道路工程：新建田間道：新建3.0m田間道15047米；新建生產(chǎn)路：新建2.0m生產(chǎn)路14996米，新建1.0m生產(chǎn)路12750米，新建0.8m生產(chǎn)路5327米。

normal style='line-height:23.0pt'>④農(nóng)田防護(hù)與生態(tài)環(huán)境保持工程：整治排水溝（0.8m×0.8）7150米；整治排水溝（1.0m×1.0m）4455米；整治排水溝（1.5m×1.5m）13154米；新建干砌石坎（H=1.5m）19632米。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt'>3.1  本次招標(biāo)要求投標(biāo)人須具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的水利水電工程施工監(jiān)理乙級及以上或市政公用工程監(jiān)理乙級及以上資質(zhì)，擬派的總監(jiān)理工程師須具備國家注冊監(jiān)理工程師證書，注冊專業(yè)為水利水電工程或市政公用工程，職稱為工程師及以上技術(shù)職稱。
