normal align=justify style="text-indent:21.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;mso-pagination:none;text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph;line-height:150%;" >采購攝影攝像技術服務團隊： 乙方組建至少5人的影像拍攝制作團隊，其中包含2名主要攝影攝像師、2名后備攝影 攝像師、1名影視編導。合同執(zhí)行期內，乙方安排1名主要攝影攝像師常駐甲方辦公地點，配合開展日常拍攝工作，包括重大活動、重要會議、重大事件、應急搶修、新聞專題視頻、新聞專題圖片集等攝影、攝像以及后期處理工作；另一名主要攝影攝像師應具備同等技能水平，無需駐點辦公，但需按甲方要求配合駐點人員開展攝影攝像工作；后備攝影攝像師根據甲方要求作為增派人員輔助主要攝影攝像師，工作標準及交付要求與主要人員相同；影視編導主要負責專題新聞影片的策劃及剪輯制作。甲方提供駐點人員的辦公設備、具備基礎剪輯功能的電腦及軟件等。攝制所需器材及人員由乙方提供，乙方人員執(zhí)行拍攝工作中產生的路費、餐費、住宿費等費用，不由甲方承擔。費用標準：工作4小時內按半天計算（單價的一半），超過4小時按一天計算（單價）。
