portant;\">portant; font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋體;\">1portant; font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋體;\">、具有中華人民共和國(guó)境內(nèi)依法登記注冊(cè)的獨(dú)立法人資格，具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任的能力；提供有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（服務(wù)商需提供證件復(fù)印件并加蓋公章）；

portant;\">portant; font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋體;\">（1）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同服務(wù)商不得同時(shí)參與本項(xiàng)目招商（服務(wù)商自行承諾，格式自擬）；

portant;\">portant; font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋體;\">（2）被責(zé)令停業(yè)，暫扣或吊銷(xiāo)執(zhí)照，或吊銷(xiāo)資質(zhì)證書(shū)（服務(wù)商自行承諾，格式自擬）； 

portant;\">portant; font-size: 16px; font-family: 宋體;\">（3）進(jìn)入清算程序，或被宣告破產(chǎn)，或其他喪失履約能力的情形（服務(wù)商自行承諾，格式自擬）；
