如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；
A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);
The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.
B. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為本次投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品的制造商或者授權(quán)代理商。如果投標(biāo)人是代理商，則須提供制造商有效授權(quán)書；如投標(biāo)人為制造商同一集團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)銷售投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品的全資子公司、控股子公司（投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供制造商或其上級(jí)公司證明上述事項(xiàng)的證明文件），則視投標(biāo)人為制造商。不能再將此貨物同時(shí)授權(quán)給其他投標(biāo)人參與投標(biāo)，否則相關(guān)的所有投標(biāo)將被拒絕。
The bidder shall be the manufacturer or agent of the bidding products. If the bidder is an agent, a valid Letter of Authority from Manufacturer shall be provided. If the bidder is a wholly-owned subsidiary or holding subsidiary of the same group as the manufacturer responsible for sales of the bidding products, the bidder shall provide relevant evidence documents from the manufacturer or its superior company to prove the above matters, and in such case the bidder shall be deemed as the manufacturer. The bidding goods cannot be authorized to other bidders to participate in this bidding at the same time, otherwise all related bids will be rejected.
如果投標(biāo)人是代理商,應(yīng)具有2022年1月1日至2024年12月31日氣動(dòng)滑板閥（刀閘閥）的銷售業(yè)績(jī)，并提供相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于銷售合同復(fù)印件，至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱。未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。
If the bidder is an agent, the bidder shall have sales performance of pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2024, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The sales performance documentary evidence includes but not limited to a copy of the sales contract, which should at least reflect the following contents: the date of contract signing, the contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures？and？seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), the name of the manufacturer, and the name of the goods.？If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
投標(biāo)文件中提供制造商授權(quán)書的中標(biāo)候選人，應(yīng)在中標(biāo)候選人公示后 3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)將制造商授權(quán)書原件（簽字或人名章或公章均須為原件，不接受掃描打印文件）送達(dá)招標(biāo)人聯(lián)系人進(jìn)行核驗(yàn)，對(duì)于國(guó)外制造商授權(quán)書原件，投標(biāo)人提前準(zhǔn)備以滿足核驗(yàn)原件期限要求。投標(biāo)文件中提供的制造商授權(quán)書可在制造商官方網(wǎng)站上查詢并核驗(yàn)一致的或紙質(zhì)投標(biāo)已遞交制造商授權(quán)書原件的，可免于送交原件核驗(yàn)。核驗(yàn)結(jié)果不一致的，將按照提供虛假投標(biāo)資料處理；未能在規(guī)定期限內(nèi)提供原件的，將視為不如實(shí)提供材料處理。上述兩類情況將取消中標(biāo)候選人資格及中標(biāo)資格，并按照中國(guó)海油相關(guān)制度規(guī)定給予禁用等處理。
The winning candidates who provide the Manufacturer's authorization letter in the bidding documents shall deliver the original of the Manufacturer's authorization letter (the signature, personal seal or official seal must all be the original. From January 1st, 2015 to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the bid Pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) shall have at least two supply contracts performance of pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) for PE or PP Plant within P.R.China (the manufacturer of the supply performance must be the manufacturer of the bidding product), and each supply performance contract shall include at least one Pneumatic Slide Gate Valve (Knife Gate Valve) not less than 30 inches in size.
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、閥門尺寸、閥門型式及用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料。
若業(yè)績(jī)合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績(jī)。
The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, valve size, valve type and acceptance evidence of goods delivery signed or sealed by the user.
If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.
未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.

若業(yè)績(jī)合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績(jī)。
The Bidder shall furnish reference list in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract and 2) acceptance evidence of goods delivery. The reference evidence documents furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, valve size, valve type and acceptance evidence of goods delivery signed or sealed by the user.
If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.
未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或通過所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。
If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.
