一、招標(biāo)條件 本 印尼安汶EPC工程項(xiàng)目樁基工程分包 （招標(biāo) 二、項(xiàng)目概況和招標(biāo)范圍 項(xiàng)目規(guī)模： 凈出力2×20MW循環(huán)流化床燃煤電站項(xiàng)目 招標(biāo)內(nèi)容與范圍：本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目劃分為 1 個(gè)標(biāo)段，本次招標(biāo)為其中的： 樁基工程分包： 2.1承包范圍：樁基工程（預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土管樁） 2.1. Scope of contract: Piling construction (including Precast reinforced concrete driven piles, Bored pile foundation. 2.2承包內(nèi)容： 2.2. Content of Works: 1) 樁基施工 1) Piling Construction 預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土管樁：樁機(jī)準(zhǔn)備、進(jìn)退場(chǎng)、轉(zhuǎn)移、測(cè)量，工作平臺(tái)搭拆，樁機(jī)豎拆、移位，沉樁，接樁，送樁； Precast reinforced concrete driven piles: Pile machine preparation, mobilization and demobilization, transfer, measurement, work platform building and removing, pile machine erection and demolition, shifting, sinking pile, pile extension, delivering pile. 2) 全封閉施工措施實(shí)施； 施工區(qū)域要求設(shè)置1.8m安全圍欄及圍閉； 2) Implementation of fully enclosed construction measures; 1.8m safety fences and enclosures are required in the construction area; 3）配合樁基檢測(cè)的工作。（包括但不限于：樁頭表面平整清理、接樁帽、配合樁基承載力（抗壓、抗拉、抗剪等）檢測(cè)的土方開挖（不含其它檢測(cè)方式的土方開挖）及所有用于樁基檢測(cè)的清理和機(jī)械行走的臨時(shí)道路、實(shí)驗(yàn)坑開挖、支撐墩碎石或卵石換填等。樁基靜載檢測(cè)、聲波透射法（CSL）、小應(yīng)變檢測(cè)法（PIT）、大應(yīng)變法（PDA）、抽芯等檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的抽檢比例滿足主合同和VN標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相關(guān)要求）。 3) Cooperate with pile foundation detection. (Including but not limited to: Surface cleaning of pile head, installation of pile cap, Earthwork excavation (except earthwork excavation by other detection methods) for testing of bearing capacity of the pile foundation (compressive, tensile, shearing, etc.) and all cleaning for pile foundation inspection and temporary roads for mechanical walking, excavation of experimental pits, replacement of supporting pavement gravel or pebble, etc. Pile foundation static load detection, cross hole sonic logging (CSL), pile integrity test (PIT), pile dynamic test (PDA), core extraction and other testing items sampling ratios meet the main contract and VN standards related requirements). 4）破樁頭及樁頭清運(yùn)，甲方提供廠區(qū)內(nèi)的樁頭堆放場(chǎng)地，乙方自費(fèi)負(fù)責(zé)清運(yùn)。 4) Truncated pile heads and removed pile heads. Party A shall provide pile heads piled up from the factory area, Party B is responsible for cleaning and transportation at its own expense. 5）編制施工過程中的施工方案、提交材料計(jì)劃、施工記錄（包括鉆孔記錄及澆筑記錄等）并準(zhǔn)備驗(yàn)收資料（中英文版）。 5) Preparation of construction plans, submission of material plans, construction records (including drilling records and pouring records, etc.) during the construction process and prepare acceptance data (Chinese and English versions). 6）在原材料到達(dá)之前制定材料儲(chǔ)存計(jì)劃, 物資到達(dá)工地后進(jìn)行卸貨，將材料從卸貨區(qū)移至打樁區(qū)域，材料存儲(chǔ)，根據(jù)實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行樁基配對(duì)，樁基施工，打樁，接樁，送樁，協(xié)助樁基檢驗(yàn)并移交相關(guān)文件材料。如因分包方過失導(dǎo)致樁基未能通過檢測(cè)而需重新打樁或加樁，所產(chǎn)生的相關(guān)費(fèi)用由分包方承擔(dān)； 6) Draw up a material storage plan before the raw materials arrive, unload the materials after arriving at the construction site, move the materials from the unloading area to the piling area, and store the materials. According to the actual needs, pile foundation pairing, pile foundation construction, piling, picking, and sending pile, to assist the pile foundation inspection and hand over relevant documents. If the pile foundation fails to pass the test due to the fault of the subcontractor, the relevant costs incurred shall be borne by the subcontractor; 7）分包方應(yīng)采取必要措施以防樁基工程影響現(xiàn)有建筑物或其他施工活動(dòng)； 7) The subcontractor shall take necessary measures to prevent piling construction from affecting existing buildings or other construction activities; 8）分包方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)排水系統(tǒng)的合理布置與規(guī)劃及施工過程中的排水; 8) The subcontractor shall be responsible for layout and planning of the drainage system and drainage during construction; 9）技術(shù)資料整理、圖紙、資料的移交等。 9) Technical data collation, drawings, data transfer, etc. 三、投標(biāo)人資格要求 1、 投標(biāo)方具備有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，具有當(dāng)?shù)亟ㄔO(shè)行政主管部門頒發(fā)的在有效期內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。 1.The Bidder has a valid business license and has a local safety production license issued by the construction administrative department within the validity period. 2、投標(biāo)方近三年無重大安全傷亡事故，無重大火災(zāi)事故，無重大質(zhì)量事故等。 2.The Bidder has no major safety casualties in the past three years, no major fire accidents, no major quality accidents, etc. 3、投標(biāo)方具有良好的銀行資信和商業(yè)信譽(yù)，沒有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)，財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)，破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。 3.The Bidders have good bank credit and business reputation. They are not ordered to close, property is taken over, frozen, and bankrupt. 4、需在印尼已注冊(cè)成立機(jī)構(gòu)并滿足當(dāng)?shù)胤梢螅辉谟∧嶙?cè)的機(jī)構(gòu)已取得建筑工程施工與地基基礎(chǔ)處理施工M2或以上資質(zhì)或承諾在合同簽訂前取得滿足當(dāng)?shù)匾蟮闹黧w資格。 4.It is required to establish an institution registered in Indonesia and meet the local legal requirements; Institutions registered in Indonesia have obtained M2 or above qualifications for construction and foundation treatment, or promised to obtain subject qualifications that meet local requirements before the contract is signed. 5、投標(biāo)方必須具有獨(dú)立法人資格，近3年在有類似工程業(yè)績(jī)；或有正在施工的類似工程項(xiàng)目。 5.The Bidder must have independent legal person qualification, and have similar project performance in recent Three years; or have similar project under construction. 6、優(yōu)先選擇在東南亞地區(qū)有豐富的施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)，資信良好的單位。 Priority should be given to units with rich construction experience and good credit in Southeast Asia. 本項(xiàng)目 不允許 聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。 四、招標(biāo)文件的獲取 獲取時(shí)間： 2020年04月20日15:00---2020年05月10日15:00 沒有在 中國(guó)電力招標(biāo)采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.dlztb.com）上注冊(cè)會(huì)員的單位應(yīng)先點(diǎn)擊注冊(cè)。登錄成功后根據(jù)招標(biāo)公告的相應(yīng)說明獲取招標(biāo)文件！ 聯(lián)系人：李楊
