1.1   項(xiàng)目概況：陜西有色天宏瑞科硅材料 為中外合資企業(yè)，計(jì)劃在陜西省榆林市佳縣榆佳工業(yè)園建立一個(gè)電子及光伏新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)化項(xiàng)目。

1.1   Project overview: Shaanxi Non-ferrous Tian Hong REC Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. is a sino-foreign joint venture, planning to establish an electronic and photovoltaic new material industrialization project in Yujia Industrial Park in Jia County of Yulin in Shaanxi Province.

2.3招標(biāo)內(nèi)容：從陜西有色天宏瑞科硅材料 生產(chǎn)基地到全國各地的多晶硅產(chǎn)品公路運(yùn)輸服務(wù)，具體要求詳見招標(biāo)文件。

2.3 Tendering content: the highway transportation service for polycrystalline silicon productions from manufacturing base of Shaanxi Non-ferrous Tian Hong REC Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. to all parts of China, and for the details of the specific requirements, see the tender documents.

2.4項(xiàng)目實(shí)施

Bidder should be an independent legal person registered in the People's Republic of China, and should provide a copy of business license, a copy of organization code certificate, tax registration certificate or business license with unified social credit code (in the case of three certificates in one) and the letter of authorization of legal representative.

3.2投標(biāo)人須具有有效的《道路運(yùn)輸經(jīng)營許可證》，提供該證書復(fù)印件。

Bidder must have valid Road Transport Operation License and provide a copy of the certificate.

3.3投標(biāo)人提供有效的法定代表人授權(quán)委托書原件。

The bidder shall provide the original letter of authorization from the valid legal representative.

3.4具備運(yùn)輸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范能力和運(yùn)輸質(zhì)量保障能力，擁有貨物丟失、損害等相關(guān)保險(xiǎn)，能承擔(dān)在運(yùn)輸中造成的損失。（需提供承諾書并加蓋公章，格式不限）

The bidder shall possess the ability to prevent transportation risks and guarantee the quality of transportation, and shall possess the related insurance of loss and damage of goods, and be able to bear the losses caused in transportation. (The Letter of Commitment with official seal is required, and the format is not limited).

3.5單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標(biāo)段投標(biāo)，否則，相關(guān)投標(biāo)均無效。（需提供承諾書并加蓋公章，格式不限）

If the person in charge of the company is the same person or different units with shareholding and management relationship may not participate in the bidding for the same bid section, otherwise, the relevant tenders will be invalid.

3.6投標(biāo)人不得在“信用中國”網(wǎng)站被列為失信被執(zhí)行人，提供信用中國網(wǎng)站查詢截圖并加蓋公章的原件。

Bidders shall not be listed as persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking on the Credit China website, and the original copy with official seal shall be provided with the screenshot of inquiry on the Credit China website.
