normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>1.必須具有合法有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務登記證、組織機構(gòu)代碼證（或三證合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照）；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>2.法定代表人參加投標的必須有法定代表人身份證，法人授權(quán)委托人參加投標的必須有法人授權(quán)委托書及被授權(quán)委托人身份證；

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white'>3.具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度（自行承諾）；

5. 具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄：提供相關證明材料或自行承諾；

六、其他補充事宜

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.投標保證金交納：供應商必須在2021年 12月 2 日9︰00前從其基本賬戶向畢節(jié)市 交納人民幣捌拾萬元整（￥80萬元 ），且確保在2021年12 月2 日9:00前到賬并檢查綁定成功。

normal style='text-indent:28.0pt;line-height:150%'> 2.投標保證金交納方式：銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬、銀行保函、保證保險。（采用銀行轉(zhuǎn)賬的，投標保證金必須從公司賬戶一次性匯入采購人指定賬戶，且確保在截止時間前到賬并檢查綁定成功否則，責任由投標人自行承擔（以到賬時間為準，由于跨行轉(zhuǎn)賬需一定時間，為確保保證金按時到賬，請盡早交納保證金），采用銀行保函或保證保險等非現(xiàn)金方式提交的，銀行保函或保證保險可通過貴州省 綜合金融服務平臺辦理，其彩色掃描件應附在投標文件內(nèi)）；
