項(xiàng)目概況:1.1本次招標(biāo)貨物為無菌果醬果粒生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備1套，包括升降機(jī)（1臺）、香精罐（1個(gè)）、溶膠罐（1個(gè)）、真空臥式熬煮罐（1個(gè)）、無菌冷卻罐（2臺）、金屬探測器（1臺）、廢料排放系統(tǒng)（1套）、磁吸器（1臺）、手動灌裝裝置（1套）、全套設(shè)備間連接管道（1套），閥門和 C.I.P 清洗水流所需的相應(yīng)的泵（1套）、設(shè)備數(shù)控裝置（電機(jī)柜）（1套）、氣動機(jī)柜（1套）、C.I.P 清洗控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)備（1套）、單頭無菌灌裝機(jī)（1臺）。招標(biāo)設(shè)備的整體安裝、調(diào)試、試運(yùn)行、驗(yàn)收和質(zhì)保期服務(wù)等服務(wù)內(nèi)容在內(nèi)的一攬子項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目為交鑰匙項(xiàng)目。
