Entrusted by tenderee, Hunan Provincial Tendering Limited Company develops public international competitive bidding to the following products and services and makes an announcement on in 09-05, 2023. 項(xiàng)目概況：本項(xiàng)目垃圾處理總規(guī)模為年處理生活垃圾21.9萬(wàn)t，日處理生活垃圾600t，配置1臺(tái)600t/d機(jī)械爐排焚燒爐+1臺(tái)15MW凝汽式汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組。項(xiàng)目同時(shí)協(xié)同處置餐廚垃圾處理規(guī)模為50t/d，市政污泥處理規(guī)模為60t/d。
Project overview: The total waste treatment scale of this project is 219,000 tons of household waste per year, with 600t/d mechanical furnace incinerator +one set of 15MW condense-type turbogenerator set. At the same time, the scale of collaborative disposal of kitchen waste and municipal sludge is 50t/d and 60t/d.

項(xiàng)目實(shí)施
(1) The bidders shall have at least 2 grate supply performances (provide a.copies of contract key pages and b. acceptance report or user certificate original in tender documents) of mechanical reciprocating grate incinerator type of domestic garbage incineration power plant which have been put into operation and single disposal amount is not less than 600t/d within China (this refers to the mainland area of the People’s Republic of China, not including Taiwan, Hongkong and Macao, the same below).
3.4投標(biāo)人具有良好的銀行資信和商業(yè)信譽(yù)，沒(méi)有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)或破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)，且資產(chǎn)未被重組、接管和凍結(jié)。
3.4 The bidders have good bank credit and commercial reputation, and no forced termination of business or bankruptcy, and the asset has not been recombined, taken over and frozen.
3.5是否接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)：不接受；
