（3）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
自2012年1月1日起至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少2臺(tái)直燃式熱介質(zhì)鍋爐（功率≥6000kW,臥式安裝）的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同原件掃描件和到貨驗(yàn)收證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件按至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同首頁(yè)、簽字蓋章頁(yè)、合同簽署時(shí)間、貨物名稱、技術(shù)參數(shù)、供貨數(shù)量，到貨驗(yàn)收證明文件。未提供以上文件或提供文件無法滿足上述要求的視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。
From January 1, 2012 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing time), the bidder shall have at least two direct fired heat medium boilers (power ≥6000kW, horizontal installation) supply performance, and submit the relevant performance certification documents.
The bidder shall submit the performance form in the prescribed format, and the performance proof documents include but are not limited to: the scanning copy of the original sales contract and the arrival and acceptance certificate. The performance certification documents shall at least reflect the following contents: the first page of the contract, the signature and seal page, the contract signing time, the name of the goods, the technical parameters, the quantity of supply, and the arrival and acceptance certification documents. Failure to provide the above documents or failure to meet the above requirements shall be deemed as invalid performance.

The interested Bidders may obtain the bidding document by following method: Please login at CNOOC Procurement Operation System on the page of Invitation for bid for purchasing Bidding document from June 13th., 2023 to June 20th,2023 For the first time of login, a registration (free of charge) is needed and only after successful registration, Bidder can purchase Bidding documents online.The bidder shall fill in the registration form for purchasing bidding documents online and pay online. After successful payment, the bidder can download the bidding documents by itself. The price of each set of bidding documents is RMB200 or USD30, and it is non refundable after sales.
