normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招標項目光華公園Ⅰ類應急避難場所建設項目施工 / 標段已由成都市溫江區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局以溫發(fā)改投資【2023】25號批準建設，項目業(yè)主為成都溫江興蓉西城市運營集團 ，建設資金來自國家投資-政府投資，項目出資比例為100%， 項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.2本招標項目由成都市溫江區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局核準（招標事項核準文號為溫發(fā)改投資【2023】25號）的招標組織形式為委托招標。招標人選擇的招標代理機構是四川建科工程建設管理 。

normal align=left style='margin-right:-1.0pt;text-align:left; text-indent:15.75pt;line-height:150%;text-autospace:none'>2.3 建設規(guī)模：本項目在光華公園現(xiàn)狀Ⅱ類應急避難場所的基礎上提升為Ⅰ類應急避難場所，有效避難面積約12.21萬平方米，主要建設內(nèi)容包含電力工程、給排水工程、標識系統(tǒng)、路面破除恢復工程外電工程等。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2須具有 建設行政主管部門頒發(fā)的市政公用工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3信譽要求：不存在投標人須知第1.4.3項規(guī)定的限制投標的情形；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企業(yè)注冊地不在四川省行政區(qū)域內(nèi)的省外企業(yè)須提供在有效期內(nèi)的四川省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設廳官網(wǎng)已公開的入川信息網(wǎng)頁截圖（如投標人為聯(lián)合體，則聯(lián)合體所有成員均應具有）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>近年（2020年01月01日至投標截止時間，不少于3年）已完成的項目共不少于3個類似工程業(yè)績。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>類似工程業(yè)績是指:2020年01月01日至今單項合同金額500萬元及以上的市政公用工程施工業(yè)績

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.2本次招標不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.3 各投標人均可就上述1個標段投標，可中標的標段數(shù)量為1個。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.4入圍條件：市政施工投標人開標當日在“成都市建筑市場信用信息管理系統(tǒng)”中被列入市場禁入名單的（聯(lián)合體投標的，組成聯(lián)合體各投標人任意一家被列入市場禁入名單的），在交易云平臺勾選主體信用評價的專業(yè)類別與其投標使用的資質(zhì)類別不一致的，一律不能成為合格投標人。
