廣東華倫招標(biāo) 受招標(biāo)人委托對下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國際公開競爭性招標(biāo)，于2023-10-16在 公告。本次招標(biāo)采用傳統(tǒng)招標(biāo)方式，現(xiàn)邀請合格投標(biāo)人參加投標(biāo)。

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:Qualification requirements for the bidder
投標(biāo)人資格要求：

1)Bidders must purchase and obtain the bidding documents from the Bidding Agent officially. Bidder who does not obtain bidding documents officially cannot participate in the bidding.
已在招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)處正式領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件的投標(biāo)人才可以參加投標(biāo)。

2)Bidders must successfully register and finish verification procedure on China International Bidding website ( ) before deadline of bid submission.
投標(biāo)人必須于投標(biāo)截止期前在機(jī)電產(chǎn)品招標(biāo)投標(biāo) 上成功注冊并完成核驗(yàn)。

3)Bidder must be the manufacturer itself or its directly authorized agent. If the bidder is an agent, must provide the original official authorized letter, otherwise the bid will be rejected. (The copy must be signed by authorized representative or sealed officially.)
投標(biāo)人必須是制造商或制造商直接授權(quán)的代理商；如為代理商投標(biāo)，必須提供制造商對本次投標(biāo)的正式授權(quán)書原件（如為復(fù)印件，需投標(biāo)人代表簽字或加蓋公章），否則將視為無效投標(biāo)。

4)Bidder (For Domestic Bidders) must provide the printed version of various valid qualification certificates, such as business license and operation license, etc. (The copy must be signed by authorized representative or sealed officially.)
投標(biāo)人（國內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）須提供各種（合格有效的）資質(zhì)證書的復(fù)印件：如營業(yè)執(zhí)照、經(jīng)營許可證等（如為復(fù)印件，需投標(biāo)人代表簽字或加蓋公章）；

Bidder (For Foreign Bidders) must provide a copy of valid business registration certificate and its qualified translation. (Signature or seal of the bidder's authorised representative is required.)
投標(biāo)人（國外投標(biāo)人）須提供有效的商業(yè)登記證復(fù)印件及符合要求的翻譯件（需投標(biāo)人授權(quán)代表簽字或蓋章）。

5)If the person in charge of a company has holding or management relationship of the other company, or that person is also in charge of another company, these two companies shall not participate in the bidding of the same project. (Must provide commitment letter.)
單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)。

6)The Bidder shall not be in either a condition of liquidation, assets being taken over or frozen, or being bankrupt. (Must provide commitment letter.)
投標(biāo)人沒有處于被責(zé)令停業(yè)、財(cái)產(chǎn)被接管、凍結(jié)、破產(chǎn)狀態(tài)。

7)The Bidder must provide the bank reference letter issued within three months prior to the date of bid opening in original or its copy (The copy must be signed by authorized representative or sealed officially).
