重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán) 園區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā) （公共區(qū)管理部）擬對(duì)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)總部電梯增設(shè)梯控項(xiàng)目（第二次）進(jìn)行詢價(jià)確定服務(wù)商，其參加詢價(jià)的單位資質(zhì)要求為：
1、在中華人民共和國(guó)依法注冊(cè)，具有獨(dú)立法人資格，具有有效營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（提供營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件加蓋單位鮮公章）。
2、具有有效期內(nèi)的中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證（許可范圍包括電梯修理）、需提供擬派作業(yè)人員有效期內(nèi)的中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備安全管理和作業(yè)人員證書(shū)（項(xiàng)目代號(hào)：T（電梯修理））。（提供特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證資質(zhì)證明文件復(fù)印件及擬派作業(yè)人員的中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備安全管理和作業(yè)人員證書(shū)需加蓋單位鮮公章）
注：擬派作業(yè)人員原則上不能更改，如成交階段需更改擬派作業(yè)人員則需重新提供更改后擬派作業(yè)人員的中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備安全管理和作業(yè)人員證書(shū)（項(xiàng)目代號(hào)：T（電梯修理））復(fù)印件加蓋單位鮮公章。
3、其他要求：
（1）若詢價(jià)單內(nèi)由被授權(quán)人簽字則須提供法人代表授權(quán)委托書(shū)（格式見(jiàn)附件1）；
（2）代理人要求：委托代理人（被授權(quán)人）須為本單位在職員工，響應(yīng)單位須在響應(yīng)文件中提供為其繳納的從2025年1月至2025年3月的養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)參保證明材料，并加蓋鮮章。
項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容：為提高臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)總部安全管理水平，有效控制外來(lái)人員隨意出入樓宇，保障租賃單位人員安全，擬對(duì)臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)總部航空總部大廈、臨空科創(chuàng)大廈共計(jì)10部電梯增設(shè)梯控系統(tǒng)。（具體見(jiàn)詢價(jià)單）
如有意愿參與者，請(qǐng)根據(jù)掛網(wǎng)附件于2025年4月29日9：00-9：30時(shí)前將密封的詢價(jià)單、營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件、資質(zhì)證明文件等響應(yīng)文件帶到重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán) 公共區(qū)管理部辦公樓326室（機(jī)場(chǎng)東路28號(hào)）。
注意事項(xiàng)：
1、擬參與本項(xiàng)目的潛在供應(yīng)商無(wú)需報(bào)名，需要先在重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán) 官方網(wǎng)站/招標(biāo)招商/招采系統(tǒng)（招采系統(tǒng) eip/websit/index.do）根據(jù)置頂欄“招采系統(tǒng)供應(yīng)商端注冊(cè)須知及注意事項(xiàng)”中的要求進(jìn)行注冊(cè)，并自行
