normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>   本項目為太長高速太原南收費站（二期）項目南區(qū)工程（招標項目編號：I1401000278000562001），已由山西省發(fā)展和改革委員會晉發(fā)改審批發(fā)〔2019〕228號文件批準，項目資金來源為企業(yè)自籌， 本項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)進行公開招標 。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>項目規(guī)模：本項目位于太原市小店區(qū)北格鎮(zhèn)辛村，占地面積約77358.8m²，主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括：鋪裝瀝青路面、嵌草磚車位、路邊透水磚人行道、路緣石、場區(qū)回填及圍墻工程。具體內(nèi)容以工程量清單為準。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>1. 本次招標要求投標人須具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的市政公用工程施工總承包貳級及以上資質(zhì)，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的施工能力；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2.投標人擬派項目經(jīng)理須具備市政公用工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在施建設(shè)工程項目的項目經(jīng)理；
