The bidder shall be the manufacturer？or agent of bid goods. 投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)取得覆蓋本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品且有效的《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）及《特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書》（壓力管道元件）并在投標(biāo)時(shí)提供掃描件。
The manufacturer of the bidding product shall obtain a valid "Production License of Special Equipment People's Republic of China" (for the manufacture of pressure pipeline components) and a "Special Equipment Type Test Certificate" (for pressure pipeline components) that cover the bidding products, and the scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding.

業(yè)績(jī)要求中的產(chǎn)品的系列或型號(hào)須與本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的系列或型號(hào)相一致。

The series or model of the product in the performance requirements must be consistent with the series or model of the bidding product.
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件和用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁(yè)（國(guó)內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國(guó)際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、閥門尺寸、V球閥芯結(jié)構(gòu)（Q-trim）、ANSI（900BL）、帶防汽蝕功能。
若業(yè)績(jī)合同為年度協(xié)議，除提供年度協(xié)議外，還應(yīng)提供相應(yīng)的已到貨訂單，訂單內(nèi)容或編號(hào)應(yīng)與年度協(xié)議相關(guān)聯(lián)。同一個(gè)年度協(xié)議下提供1個(gè)或以上的訂單及與訂單對(duì)應(yīng)的到貨驗(yàn)收材料均算為1個(gè)有效業(yè)績(jī)。

If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence？under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.
